Mileage and MOT

MOT, from the government's MOT records (DVSA, the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency), as of 6 November 2026: the latest record we hold ran out on 11 October 2026; ask the dealer for the current MOT.

It has had 12 MOTs. The latest, on 14 October 2026, failed.

It failed on: driver's seat insecure seat backing moving; nearside rear service brake lagging in operation; nearside rear tyre has a cut in excess of the requirements deep enough to reach the ply or cords chalked; and 4 more.

Advisories at the latest test: offside fog lamp not working; front registration plate deteriorated but not likely to be misread.

Mileage at that test: 118,603 miles. The advert says 118,000 miles, fewer than the MOT record, so ask the dealer which is right.

Advertised mileage is about 56,000 miles higher than the median mileage of a 2017 Dacia Sandero Stepway on AskCar.
