Mileage and MOT

MOT, from the government's MOT records (DVSA, the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency), as of 5 November 2026: the latest record we hold ran out on 28 October 2026; ask the dealer for the current MOT.

It has had 12 MOTs. The latest, on 23 October 2026, failed.

It failed on: offside front anti-roll bar linkage ball joint excessively worn; offside front track rod end ball joint has excessive play; offside front headlamp not working on dipped beam.

Advisories at the latest test: front inner brake disc worn, but not excessively both sides.

Mileage at that test: 80,645 miles. The advert says 80,000 miles, fewer than the MOT record, so ask the dealer which is right.

Advertised mileage is about 15,800 miles higher than the median mileage of a 2016 Ford EcoSport on AskCar.
