Mileage and MOT

MOT, from the government's MOT records (DVSA, the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency), as of 6 November 2026: the latest record we hold ran out on 26 August 2026; ask the dealer for the current MOT.

It has had 10 MOTs. The latest, on 13 October 2026, failed.

It failed on: windscreen washer not working; windscreen wiper does not clear the windscreen effectively; offside rear tyre has a cut in excess of the requirements deep enough to reach the ply or cords.

Advisories at the latest test: nearside rear outer brake pad(s) wearing thin; nearside front tyre worn close to legal limit/worn on edge; offside front tyre worn close to legal limit/worn on edge; and 1 more.

Mileage at that test: 66,082 miles, which matches the advertised 66,055 miles.

Advertised mileage is about 15,000 miles lower than the median mileage of a 2016 Kia Sportage on AskCar.
