Mileage and MOT

MOT, from the government's MOT records (DVSA, the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency), as of 5 November 2026: the latest record we hold ran out on 17 July 2026; ask the dealer for the current MOT.

It failed its MOT on 11 July 2025 (nearside front headlamp aim too low; offside rear seat belt buckle not functioning as intended) and passed 7 days later, on 18 July 2025.

Advisories at the latest test: nearside front bumper and wing damaged; rear inner brake pad(s) wearing thin both sides.

Mileage at that test: 66,036 miles. The advert says 10,000 miles, fewer than the MOT record, so ask the dealer which is right.

Advertised mileage is about 58,000 miles lower than the median mileage of a 2018 SEAT Ateca on AskCar.
