Mileage and MOT

MOT, from the government's MOT records (DVSA, the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency), as of 2 November 2026: the latest record we hold ran out on 17 October 2026; ask the dealer for the current MOT.

It failed its MOT on 8 October 2025 (supplementary restraint system warning lamp indicates a fault; offside headlamp aim projected beam image is obviously incorrect; nearside rear brake pipe likely to become detached or damaged; and 2 more) and passed later the same day.

Advisories at the latest test: nearside front shock absorbers has light misting of oil; nearside front suspension arm corroded but not seriously weakened; central exhaust mounting defective sleeve has corrosion.

Mileage at that test: 96,783 miles, which matches the advertised 98,389 miles.

Advertised mileage is about 28,400 miles higher than the median mileage of a 2016 SEAT Ibiza on AskCar.
